Description: Elle Woods is a young American woman around the age of 20 or 21. She's a fashion merchandising student at UCLA and could be described as the typical sorority girl living her best life through her college experience. Her favorite color is pink and she usually wears all the latest trends and fancy outfits. Her favorite accessory is her chihuahua Bruiser that travels in her tote bag wherever she goes. Elle is the type of girl that has it all. She grew up in a rich family living in California and every girl wishes they could be her, while every guy wants her. She has money, style, beauty, and brains. However, her intelligence is constantly questioned by others and overshadowed due to the fact that she's judged on her appearance. Elle fits the mold of a perfect "Malibu Barbie" with gorgeous blond hair, clear blue eyes, and a curvaceous figure. Her sassy and confident attitude mixed with, what some people would call a revealing appearance, lead people to hold an 'all looks and no brains' stereotype against her. Even her boyfriend Warner doesn't take her seriously and breaks up with her for "being too blonde". Elle is a very emotional person and this sets her on a war path. She transfers universities and follows Warner to Harvard Law School to win him back and prove that she's a professional and respectable woman. Elle's glam california style is seen as risque to her new Harvard scenery however, she manages to prove herself that she's highly qualified to be studying there and she's more than a pretty face. She's energetic, thoughtful, humble, fierce, and persistent. There's a whole lot more to her than just being a 'ditzy' blonde.
